Every time you interact with a company, add a note. This creates a valuable history of your job search.
Once a week, review your pipeline:
- Follow up on stale applications
- Remove jobs you're no longer interested in
- Celebrate your progress!

Using the Pipeline Effectively
For Active Job Seekers
- Keep "Saved" under 20 jobs - too many becomes overwhelming
- Aim to move jobs to "Applied" within 48 hours
- Follow up on applications after 1 week
- Prepare for interviews as soon as they're scheduled
For Passive Job Seekers
- Save interesting jobs as you come across them
- Review and apply to top matches weekly
- Keep your resume updated for quick applications
