Accessing Analytics

Navigate to DashboardAnalytics from the sidebar.


Overview Metrics

At a glance, you'll see:

Application Funnel

Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer
50 → 25 → 8 → 2

This shows how many jobs are in each stage and your conversion rates.

Key Stats

Time-Based Analytics

Weekly Activity

See your activity over time:

  • Jobs saved per week
  • Applications submitted
  • Interviews scheduled

Application Timeline

A timeline view showing:

  • When you saved each job
  • When you applied
  • Days between save and application
Optimize Your Timing

The best time to apply is within 48 hours of a job posting. Analytics can help you track your response time.


Match Score Insights

Average Match Score

See how well you're matching with jobs you're saving:

  • 80%+ - Strong matches
  • 60-79% - Good potential
  • Below 60% - May need resume tweaks

Match Score Distribution

A breakdown of your saved jobs by match score helps you:

  • Focus on high-match jobs first
  • Identify patterns in your job search
  • Understand which roles fit best

What the Data Tells You

Low Application Rate?

If you're saving lots of jobs but not applying:

  • You might be saving too broadly
  • Consider using Quick Match to pre-screen jobs
  • Set a weekly application goal

Low Interview Rate?

If you're applying but not getting interviews:

  • Review your match scores - are you applying to good fits?
  • Check the "Missing Keywords" in job analyses
  • Consider updating your resume

High Interview Rate?

Congratulations! Your strategy is working:

  • Note which job types perform best
  • Double down on similar roles
  • Keep your momentum going

Export Your Data

You can export your analytics data:

  1. Go to Analytics
  2. Click Export in the top right
  3. Choose format (CSV or PDF)
  4. Download your report

This is useful for:

  • Tracking your progress over time
  • Sharing with career coaches
  • Personal record keeping

Set aside 15 minutes each week to review your analytics. Look for trends and adjust your strategy.
