ApplyrFlow's analytics help you understand your job search performance and identify areas for improvement.
Accessing Analytics
Navigate to Dashboard → Analytics from the sidebar.
Overview Metrics
At a glance, you'll see:
Application Funnel
Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer
50 → 25 → 8 → 2
This shows how many jobs are in each stage and your conversion rates.
Key Stats

Time-Based Analytics
Weekly Activity
See your activity over time:
- Jobs saved per week
- Applications submitted
- Interviews scheduled
Application Timeline
A timeline view showing:
- When you saved each job
- When you applied
- Days between save and application
The best time to apply is within 48 hours of a job posting. Analytics can help you track your response time.
Match Score Insights
Average Match Score
See how well you're matching with jobs you're saving:
- 80%+ - Strong matches
- 60-79% - Good potential
- Below 60% - May need resume tweaks
Match Score Distribution
A breakdown of your saved jobs by match score helps you:
- Focus on high-match jobs first
- Identify patterns in your job search
- Understand which roles fit best
What the Data Tells You
Low Application Rate?
If you're saving lots of jobs but not applying:
- You might be saving too broadly
- Consider using Quick Match to pre-screen jobs
- Set a weekly application goal
Low Interview Rate?
If you're applying but not getting interviews:
- Review your match scores - are you applying to good fits?
- Check the "Missing Keywords" in job analyses
- Consider updating your resume
High Interview Rate?
Congratulations! Your strategy is working:
- Note which job types perform best
- Double down on similar roles
- Keep your momentum going
Export Your Data
You can export your analytics data:
- Go to Analytics
- Click Export in the top right
- Choose format (CSV or PDF)
- Download your report
This is useful for:
- Tracking your progress over time
- Sharing with career coaches
- Personal record keeping
