Dashboard Overview
Your ApplyrFlow dashboard is your command center for managing your entire job search. Here's everything you need to know.
Dashboard Layout
When you log in, you'll see these main sections:
Navigation Sidebar
The left sidebar contains links to all main features:
- Dashboard - Your job pipeline overview
- Jobs - View all saved jobs
- Resumes - Manage your resumes
- Documents - Cover letters and other documents
- Analytics - Track your progress
- Settings - Account preferences
Main Content Area
The center of your screen shows your application pipeline - a visual board of all your jobs organized by status.
Quick Actions
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find:
- Search - Find any job quickly
- Filters - Filter by status, date, or company
- Add Job - Manually add a job
The Application Pipeline
Your jobs are organized in columns:

Moving Jobs
Drag and drop any job card to move it between columns, or:
- Click on a job card
- In the job details panel, change the Status dropdown
- The job moves automatically
Job Cards
Each job card shows:
- Company name and job title
- Match score (if analyzed)
- Date saved
- Quick action buttons
Dashboard Features
Search & Filter
Use the search bar to find jobs by:
- Company name
- Job title
- Keywords in the description
Filter your view by:
- Status (Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer)
- Date range
- Match score
Bulk Actions
Select multiple jobs to:
- Move to a different status
- Delete jobs
- Export job list
Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your workflow with these shortcuts:

Tips for Success
Start each day by checking your dashboard. Review any jobs in "Interview" status and update applications you've submitted.
Move jobs to "Applied" as soon as you submit. This keeps your analytics accurate and helps you stay organized.
Jobs you're no longer interested in? Delete them to keep your pipeline clean and focused.
